Complete our style quiz to create a Threadicated profile which helps our personal stylist, and clothing fit and style technology to uncover pieces for your style, shape, and budget. You’ll receive five hand-selected pieces to try on in the comfort of home. Keep the items you love and return the rest.
With Threadicated there is no subscription required and no hidden fees. Shipping, returns and exchanges are free, and simple. Just place the items you’re returning into the provided mailing envelope, attach the prepaid label and drop it at Australia Post or Parcel Point.

At Threadicated we have professional stylists hand picking items to suit your unique style, shape and budget. Every parcel we send is unique and we are not restricted to certain brands or styles.
Threadicated makes clothes shopping convenient, effortless, and joyful. We save you a trip to the store by shipping items directly to you. Just fill in your style profile and our personal Stylists will save you the time and the trouble of looking high and low for the perfect pieces. Your new favourite pieces are justa few clicks away.
Because our clients’ tastes and budgets are varied, we source a wide range of items from 100s of brands, to suit your unique style, and budget. If you are after something, in particular, let your Stylists know. Otherwise just sit back, relax and let your Stylists hand-select items that are in line with your style, shape and budget.
You can request a parcel once you have completed your style quiz, or if you are already a member login to your account, on the opening page click – “Request a Parcel”. You can request a one-off parcel or set up automatic shipments.
We are not a subscription service; you can choose to receive a single parcel on request. If you would like to receive regular parcels, we provide the option to be styled every one, two, or three months. Change or cancel anytime.
We’ll send you parcels at the frequency you choose until you change or cancel, which you may do 14 days prior to your shipment due date via your online account. For each parcel, you'll be charged a $59 styling fee.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are the perfect gift and can be ordered for any amount over $100, and can be used for all parts of the Threadicated service including styling fees and clothes. You can purchase one here.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Your gift card will automatically be emailed to you. If you’ve chosen to have a gift card mailed, it will be received within 2 - 7 days.

Billing
Prior to shipment, Threadicated charges your account for the full value of the parcel. Within three days of your parcel arriving to you, simply log into your account to share feedback and any items you choose to return will be refunded once we receive the item/s back at our warehouse.
The styling fee is the cost for Threadicated’s professional stylist to review your style profile and requirements and to hand-select pieces for you. You’ll pay just a $59 styling fee per parcel, charged when you request a parcel, then your stylist will reach out to you. Your parcel will include five pieces to suit your style, shape, and budget, and a personalised note from your stylist on how to best wear each piece.
Upon adding a credit card a temporary hold of $1 will be placed on your card, this will automatically be returned within five days.
A $59 styling fee per parcel is charged upon requesting a parcel, then your stylist will reach out to you. The day prior to shipment, you'll receive an email advising the total value of your clothes parcel and you’ll be charged the following business day.
Upon adding a credit card a temporary hold of $1 will be placed on your card, this will automatically be returned within five days.
Returns can take up to 10 business days to be received by our warehouse depending on where they are shipped from. Once your returns have been delivered it may take a further 1-3 days further for your returns to be processed and refunded.
Returns
With Australia Post, you can track your return by searching the RQA number located on your returns label (on top of the barcode), into the Australia Post tracking website. Please note: If you placed your order in a Post Box, we won’t be able to track this until it is scanned in at a Parcel Facility or by us once it is received at our warehouse.
Shipping, exchanges, and returns are free.
Within three days of your parcel arriving, simply log into your account to share feedback, a pre-paid return label will be generated for any items you wish to return. Place the item/s you’re returning into the provided mailing envelope, attach the prepaid label and drop it at Australia Post or Parcel Point.
Don’t worry, if you don’t have a printer take note of the RQA number on your prepaid label or show the label at any Post Office or Parcel Point and they will print your return label out for you.
Please keep your lodgment number until returns are confirmed as received by Threadicated. In order for an item to be returned it needs to be in the post within three business days of you receiving it, unworn, unaltered, and with tags still attached.
We will process your refund via the same payment method you used to place the order.
Returns can take up to 10 days to be received by our warehouse depending on where they are shipped from. Once your returns have been delivered it may take a further 1-3 days further for your returns to be processed and refunded. Please be patient while we complete this process and we will notify you as soon as your refund is processed.

We currently only ship within Australia.
Yes, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Within 24 hours of receiving the notification, you should be able to track your package.
There are many factors in styling and shipping your order, so we can’t guarantee your shipment will arrive on a specific day. However, we always try to deliver an order within a few days (either before or after) your scheduled date. Don’t worry, your three-day return window doesn’t start until it’s physically delivered to you.

Frequency
First take your style quiz. When taking your styling quiz you’ll have the option to schedule a parcel and you can select the frequency you’d like to receive parcels, either a one-off or every one, two or three months.

If you have a delivery on the way, you will find your expected delivery date here. We’ll send you an email with the tracking information when your order ships.

If you’re signed up for scheduled deliveries, you can change the frequency of your parcels here, you’ll have the option of every one, two or three months.

Cancel
You have complete control over managing or cancelling your Threadicated parcels at any time. If you have selected a regular parcel, simply click here if you wish to take a break, or no longer wish to use the service. We are always keen to hear customer feedback please reach out if you’d like to discuss the reasons you are making this update service@threadicated.com.
Once you’ve been charged the styling fee, you may not see the option to cancel your parcel anymore since it’s now being worked on by your stylist.
