Our stylists have access to a wide range of items from hundreds of brands to suit your unique style and budget. You can also request specific items and your stylist will do their best to accommodate your requests. 

You can request a parcel after completing the style quiz or by logging into your account and clicking "Order a Parcel." You can choose a one-time shipment or set up automatic deliveries. 

We are not a subscription service; you can choose to receive a single parcel on request. If you would like to receive regular parcels, we provide the option to be styled every one, two, or three months. Change or cancel anytime. We’ll send you parcels at the frequency you choose until you change or cancel, which you may do 14 days prior to your shipment due date by contacting us. For each parcel, you'll be charged a $99 styling fee, which is included in the package you choose.

We use fit technology to ensure a great fit every time, however if it still isn’t perfect, we’ll exchange it for a new size free of charge.

If you don't love anything in your first parcel, we offer a complimentary re-style to ensure you're happy with your purchase. The cost of the re-styling fee will be covered by us.

Threadicated charges the value of your clothes after you've been styled and prior to shipping. Within seven days of your parcel arriving to you, simply log into your account to share feedback and send back any returns. A styling fee is the charge for your Threadicated stylist to review your style profile and requirements and to hand-select clothing just for you. You’ll pay just a $99 styling fee per order and your stylist will choose five pieces that fit your style, shape, and budget, with a personalised note on how to best wear each piece.

Our service starts at just $99, which includes a professional stylist reviewing your profile and selecting clothes that suit your style, shape, and budget. Each order includes 5 pieces of clothing handpicked by your personal stylist, you can select from $600 to $1900 for your 5 pieces of clothing. We offer these pre-set values to give you an idea of what you can expect to spend, but you are not limited to these ranges. Simply set your budget for the 5 pieces of clothing that best suits you, and let your stylist know if you'd like to spend more or less, your stylists will work with you to accommodate your budget.

Before being charged, you will be informed of the exact amount of your 5 pieces. With Threadicated, you don't have to spend hours browsing through clothing racks or websites. Gift cards are the perfect gift and can be ordered for any amount over $100, and can be used for Threadicated styled parcels including styling fees and clothes.

You can choose a nominated value for your gift card, or purchase a gift card for a set budget.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Your gift card will automatically be emailed to you. If you’ve chosen to have a gift card mailed, it will be received within 2 - 7 days.

Gift cards are the perfect gift and can be ordered for any amount over $100. You can order your gift cards here. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for Threadicated styled parcels including styling fees and clothes.

To redeem your gift card, simply visit the Threadicated website at https://www.threadicated.com.au/, take your style quiz and enter the gift card code at the checkout. The gift card value will be deducted from your total order value.

Please note that when you check out using your gift card, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. This is a standard security measure that we have in place to protect both you and our company from unauthorised charges to gift cards. A temporary $1 charge may be placed on the credit card to verify, but it will be removed within 1-5 business days. We will not charge your credit card unless the gift card balance is insufficient to cover the purchase.

With Australia Post, you can track your return by searching the RQA number located on your returns label (on top of the barcode), into the Australia Post tracking website. Please note: If you placed your order in a Post Box, we won’t be able to track this until it is scanned in at a Parcel Facility or by us once it is received at our warehouse.

Returns, standard-shipping and exchanges are all free.

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your parcel by logging into your account, and sharing feedback on what you'd like to return, and placing the item(s) in the provided mailing envelope, attaching the prepaid label, and dropping it off at Australia Post. The item(s) must be dropped off at Australia Post within 7 business days of receipt, unworn, unaltered, and with tags attached.

Yes, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Within 24 hours of receiving the notification, you should be able to track your order.

While every effort is made, we cannot guarantee that shipments will arrive on a specific day, but we will always aim to deliver orders within a few days (before or after) the scheduled date. Your five-day return window begins once the parcel is physically delivered.

There are many factors in styling and shipping your order, so we can’t guarantee your shipment will arrive on a specific day. However, we always try to deliver an order within a few days (either before or after) your scheduled date. Don’t worry, your three-day return window doesn’t start until it’s physically delivered to you. If you need your parcel urgently please contact us or mention to your stylist and we will do our best to accomadate.

Threadicated is not a subscription service, choose to receive a parcel as a one off, or save time and set up scheduled parcels to be delivered every one, two, or three months.

If you’re signed up for scheduled deliveries, please contact us to change the frequency of your parcel, you’ll have the option of a one-off, or every one, two or three months.

Yes, you sure will, when you order a parcel from Threadicated, you will be assigned a personal fashion stylist who is best suited to your needs. Your stylist will contact you within 1-3 days to introduce themselves and ask for any additional details. You can reach out to your stylist any time after your first parcel.

To cancel please make sure you do not have any parcels scheduled in the next 14 days. Please contact us to cancel a single delivery, or your automatic deliveries.
