What is threadicated & how does it work?

Threadicated is an online styling service that delivers a truly personalised shopping experience, just for you. Simply sign up by filling in our quick Style Profile to be matched with one of our dedicated Stylists. Request a parcel and your Stylists will handpick five pieces to fit your taste, needs, and budget—and send them directly to your door. Each box contains a curated selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories, based on your preferences for you to try on at home. Simply keep and only pay for the items you love, and send back the rest in the included prepaid envelope. Shipping and returns are always free.

  1. Begin by filling out your Style Profile. This helps your Stylist understand your fit, style, shape, budget, and lifestyle. This only takes a couple of minutes.
  2. Request a parcel (you can request a one-off parcel or set up automatic shipments).
  3. Receive your parcel of hand-selected pieces and try everything on in the comfort of your home – You look good, don’t you?!
  4. Checkout and give back on the items you were sent.
  5. Keep what you love and return the rest, shipping, and returns are free.
    • You’ll have three days to decide what you’ll keep and what you’d like to send back.
    • Your Stylists will be available to offer advice on your new pieces.
    • Simply return the items you don’t want in our prepaid satchel. Shipping and returns are free.
    • If you want to keep everything, just let your Stylists know. Also, you’ll receive $10 off your next parcel.

We will send your parcels as you request them. However, if you want to save even more time you can set up automatic shipments.

Returns are easy. Simply slip the items you’re returning into the prepaid satchel and follow the steps included. Shipping and returns are always free at Threadicated!

Because our clients’ tastes and budgets are varied, we source a wide range of items and brands, to suit your budget. If you are after something, in particular, let your Stylists know and they will try to source it for you. Otherwise just sit back, relax and let your Stylists hand-select items that are inline with your fit, taste, budget, and needs.

    You can request a parcel once you have filled in your style profile, or if you are already a member login to your account, on the opening page you’ll see a button – “Request a Threadicated Parcel” click that. You can request a one-off parcel or set up automatic shipments.

GIFT CARDS

We send Gift Cards over email so once your Gift Card is confirmed with our staff you will receive it shortly after. To order a Gift Card email service@threadicated.com and one of our friendly staff will organise a gift card in the amount you require.

Gift cards are the perfect gift and can be ordered for any amount over $100.

BILLING

Try before you buy lets you receive the goods prior to paying for them. Prior to shipment Threadicated holds the money in your account for the items (example: similar to a pending transaction). After your parcel arrives, you’ll need to log into your account to select the items you’d like to keep and purchase, you’ll then be charged for the items you keep and the remainder of the funds will be released back into your account. If you do not complete the checkout process within three days of receiving your parcel we’ll assume you are keeping everything and your credit card on file will be charged for all items in your parcel.

For each scheduled parcel, a $40 styling fee will be charged shortly before your Stylist begins styling for you. After your parcel arrives, you’ll log into your account to purchase the items you’d like to keep. See returns for more details on the checkout period.

Upon adding a credit card a temporary hold of $1 will be placed on your card, this will automatically be returned within five days.

For each scheduled parcel, a $40 styling fee will be charged once your Stylist starts to curate your parcel. Once your Stylist has selected the perfect pieces for you, we will pack it all up and ship it to you. Prior to shipment, the total value of the goods being sent will be captured on your card (not charged to your card but held). When you receive your parcel you’ll have three days to decide what you want to keep and return, and you’ll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

If you do not complete the checkout process within three days of receiving your parcel we’ll assume you are keeping everything and your credit card on file will be charged for all items in your parcel.

There is no charge for having a Threadicated account. You’re only charged when you request a parcel and keep goods.

RETURNS

Returning an unwanted item? Our address for returns is 6 / 17 Joseph St Lilyfield NSW 2060.

Lodge your parcel at any Australia Post office (this is free to do). Please keep your lodgement number until returns are confirmed as received by Threadicated. In order for an item to be returned it needs to be in the post within three business days of you receiving it, unworn, unaltered, and with tags still attached.

Returns are always free.  Returning your unwanted items is easy, simply complete the checkout of your parcel here with what you are keeping and returning, pack any returns in the enclosed satchel, attach the pre-paid returns label to the satchel (please contact us immediately if this is not in your parcel), and lodge the parcel at any Australia Post office (this is free to do). Please keep your lodgement number until returns are confirmed as received by Threadicated. In order for an item to be returned it needs to be in the post within three business days of you receiving it, unworn, unaltered, and with tags still attached.

Of course! When your delivery arrives contact your Stylists or service@threadicated.com to extend your return window, we will do the best we can to help.

Returns are due at the post office within three days of you receiving the package (for example, if your shipment arrives on Monday, we ask that you drop off and register your items by Wednesday). If you need more time, simply let your Stylists or service@threadicated.com know, they’ll do their best to help.

SHIPPING

Shipping and returns are free.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Within 24 hours of receiving the notification, you should be able to track your package.

We currently only ship within Australia.
